Breath Technology publishes tools for checking connectivity and diagnosing the parts of a network that often fail together: IPv4 and IPv6 reachability, DNS, routing, TLS and mail configuration. The site is built around useful self-service checks, with selected tools available to signed-in users where a more sensitive or stateful operation needs an account and ownership controls.
Its public tooling includes connectivity checks, DNS lookups, IPv6 reverse-zone generation and network diagnostics. The wider tool set covers certificate inspection, DMARC, scoped scanning, ports, security headers, MTU and PMTUD, reverse DNS, anycast visibility and IPv6 mail readiness. The service is operated from Portsmouth, UK and is built on open-source foundations.
